An important way to fight gastritis is through a therapeutic diet. A soft meal menu helps to reduce stomach stress and prevents irritation on the walls. The exact list of foods that can and cannot be consumed depends on the type of disease and the characteristics of its course.
How to eat with gastritis of the stomach?
With the low acidity of gastric juice, a diet for gastritis is relevant, which excludes mechanical irritation of the diseased mucous membrane and stimulates secretion, is called table 2.
There are also desserts on the diet menu for those with a sick stomach. The list of permitted sweets includes: marmalade, marshmallow, jam, souffle, puddings, unleavened biscuits. If tolerated, you can treat yourself to condensed milk or a scoop of homemade ice cream.

For 3-4 days of diet with exacerbation of gastritis, you can choose the following menu:

- curd soufflé.
When it gets easier and the severe stomach discomfort subsides, you can eat steamed meatballs and chops, white bread cookies, cooked pieces of lean meat and fish, cookies. After about 2 weeks, meals are organized according to the principle of diet # 1 or # 2.

Various dietary recipes
Steamed fish chops.
For gastritis, dietary recipes involve the use of lean fish. It is useful to eat hake, cod, pollack at least 2-3 times a week. You can buy ready-made fillets. Otherwise, you need to cut the fish carcass.
- 200 g of fish fillets;
- 50 g of white bread pulp;
- 3 tablespoons of milk;
- 1 egg white;
- 15 g of butter;
- salt to a minimum.
Mix the pulp soaked in milk in the fish fillet. Salt the dough, roll twice in a meat grinder. Add the protein to the minced meat, mix well. Form small patties and steam. Pour the melted butter over the dish before serving.
Steamed omelet.
Quail eggs are a great alternative to omelet eggs. They are considered very useful and are also more delicate.
- 10 quail eggs;
- 3-4 tablespoons of milk;
- 2 teaspoons of flour;
- a pinch of salt;
- vegetable oil (to grease the mold).
Beat several times and the eggs are mixed. All other ingredients, except oil, are added to them. Many gastritis recipes allow the use of finely chopped herbs, so the dill can be thrown in to smell. The dough is lightly beaten and poured into a greased pan, cook in a steam bath.
Apples baked with cottage cheese.
This recipe is suitable even for people with acute gastritis. In case of illness, especially in the first weeks, the list of allowed fruits is small. As a rule, they are baked bananas and apples. The dessert is easy to digest and contains pectin, which improves digestion.
- 3-4 apples;
- 100 g of low-fat cottage cheese;
- 1 egg yolk;
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- 10 g of starch.
Wash the fruit well, cut the ends in the form of "lids". Using a small spoon, gently remove the seeds and part of the pulp in a circle. Apples must have walls of at least 1 cm.
In a blender, mix the cottage cheese with the icing sugar, the yolk and the starch. If available, add vanilla sugar. “Fill” the apples well with the sweet dough and place them in a mold with the sides. In the oven, previously turned on at 200 degrees, the dessert must be kept for 20-25 minutes. Pouring a little water on the bottom of the pan will make the baked apples softer.
